Senior Transition Advisors Network formed as a group of professionals who decided to organize the services needed for senior life adjustments. We saw the necessity to merge professional components in order to coordinate input from various industries.

To do this we identified the most important issues such as streamlining the work of evaluating community care, developing a road map to adjust for legal surprises associated with the transition process, simplifying the move process and improving the resources necessary for selling the home. By sequencing these issues into a structured set of events, we developed a collection called the STAND Report as the ideal path to handle an arduous event.

The STAND Report itself is fluid and can either be held by an attorney until needed or shared with targeted family members such as your spouse or children. Either way, it is there when the time comes…and it is coming.

Home Care: An Elder Care Advisor will suggest home care companies, help you build a long term financial strategy, and discuss the pros and cons of family home care. Additional support includes designing your living environment with special needs equipment, age specific support and a practical floor-plan for adjusted living comfort.

Either way we will discuss the pros and cons of leveraging the home as a financial resource.

Second - Our multi level STAND Report is designed to lead you through the delicate task of gathering and recording necessary personal information. Whether you are preparing for Senior-Sizing yourself or your parents, we lead you through a systematic format to fill in the blanks. Some steps are completed within days, others take time.

With a completed STAND Report, you have a consolidated plan which supports you (or designated person) to follow through most personal affairs with thoughtful, knowledgeable, legal and up-to-date guidance.

Third - Following the move, you will need to prepare the home to capture as much value as possible to reinforce long term economic support. Our designated in Network real estate professionals incorporate home staging, painters, roofers and a multiple of repair professionals ready to pull the house back to the present.
